Bill Mulroy, Pastor

Rev. William A. Mulroy (Bill) was assigned to Lynchburg First United Methodist Church in June 2006.  A native of West Tennessee, he is a third-generation United Methodist minister.  Bill received degrees from Lambuth University and Vanderbilt and did post-graduate work at the University of Memphis.  During his thirty plus years serving churches, his professional career has also taken him into the classroom teaching religion at Memphis University School, where he served as chairperson of the religion department. His spouse, Mary, is also a retired educator.  They have two adult children, Aaron and Becca who both live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.  In his free time, Bill enjoys playing Irish and Blues Fiddle.
